Exchanges & Returns
At this time, we don't support exchanges.
Returns are allowable only on in stock items made within 14 days of purchase and subject to review by our Returns department. Returns are NOT accepted on pre-order or customer orders. To initiate a return, send an email to email@example.com with the subject line 'Return'. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return in the email. You will receive a reply within 3 business days. If the return request is authorized, we will confirm the return address and process your return once the item has been received. All items must be in sent back with the original packaging (including the original shipping slip), tags, and must be in re-saleable condition with no indication that it has been worn or washed. You will be notified by email once your refund is processed back to the original payment of method. It can take up to 5 business days for a refund to display on your account.
PLEASE NOTE - we do not provide return shipping labels. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return unless an agreement has been reached that the item was damaged.
