Shipping Policy
Shipping & processing varies based on the type of purchase (in stock, pre-order, custom) and delivery address.
Processing is the time it takes for us to fulfill your order - from the time we receive your payment up to when your package is handed over to the shipping carrier. These timelines may be slightly affected by seasonal promotions where we have an influx of orders.
If your order consists of multiple items that fall under different processing times, we'll ship your order out together when all items are ready. If you need some of the items sooner, please place the orders separately.
Once your order is shipped you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you can't locate the email, check your junk or spam. If you're still have trouble locating it, contact us at thekiddieclosetonline@gmail.com.

Currently we offer shipping through Canada Post. Shipping times vary based on delivery address & shipping method selected. Timelines may be affected for remote locations & P.O.boxes.
Weather & mail volume may affect Canada Post delivery times.
